However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.

Return / Refund Policy


Customer satisfaction is of utmost important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, with reasonable requests you may request for exchange or return. All returned goods will be subjected for further evaluation and inspection. We will review your request, however we reserve the right to reject any requests at our sole discretion.

Submit Request to Return or Exchange:

Please take note for all return or exchange requests shall be made not more than 30 working days upon receiving of goods. We reserve the rights to reject any requests made after the allowed period. Goods shall be returned in its original condition and including packaging (if any, such as packaging box). If returned product show sign of wear off or damages will be rejected.

Proof of Purchase:

You are required to provide the below: • Proof of purchase (Confirmation of Order, Invoice) • Proof of payment (bank in slip, payment transfer slip) • Proof of receiving of goods (Delivery Order, shipping receipt, shipping bill) • Valid reasons for return or exchange

Cost of Return & Exchange of Goods:

All delivery cost of returning and receiving replaced goods will be charged to you. All returned goods are subject to inspection and evaluation. Accepting the returned goods does not indicate acceptance of the request for return. The assessment will take approximately 14-30 working days.

The Process of Refund:

Under the condition of the acceptance of your returned goods, you will be notify in within 14-30 working days. All the terms and conditions of this policy may subject to changes from time to time without prior notice. Under any dispute matters, the decision by Nova Living (M) Sdn Bhd is deemed final.
